IVR Background is a Plus
We are looking for a Sr. Genesys developer with good Predictive dialer and Genesys Framework (which includes the T-Server) exp for a 6 month contract opportunity with a RTH.
- Strong exp with OCR (Outbound Contact Server) Routing, T-Server and CTI
- Genesys installation, upgrade, troubleshooting.
- Genesys attached data research.
- Aspect-Genesys integration and routing proof of concept.
- Genesys Certification a big plus.
- Strong verbal and communication skills required.
- Flexible, motivated self-starters are always liked in this fast paced environment.
Experience with IVR, CTI technologies in a voice applications development role: Genesys GVP Studio and Outbound Campaign Development, VoiceXML, ASR, TTS
- Experience and proficiency using Java technologies such as JavaScript, JSP, Servlets and J2EE programming skills
- Experience with Datapower XML Appliance and MQ Series - a plus
